only one day remaining now. just chilled out today on a fun bit of single track with some of the local guys. was a cruisey ride for an hour and half before a bit of carbo loading on 'boston pizza'. just spent the arvo in the hot tub getting completely relaxed. its all about getting relaxed!jd
